Description of the offer: The Homestead
The Homestead, an equine training and boarding facility, was opened in 1998 and is owned and operated by Chris and Jeff Steer.
The facility sits on twenty acres just south of Rochester, New York, and consists of 30 stalls with a 60 x 200 foot indoor arena. There are two large sand outdoor arenas with acres of hay field to ride on.
In their free time, the horses relax in nine paddocks and three large pastures.
At The Homestead we offer:
Basic board - Feed, stall cleaning, tournout, use of whole facility
Training: Tailored to each individual horse, its skills, and the rider's goals.
