Description of the offer: K&K Equestrian Center at Ravine Farm
K&K is located just 5 mins outside of East Durham. We offer 1 hour and 1/2 hour guided trail rides through scenic woods and beautiful views of the Catskill Mountains. The hour trail ride is $50 and the half hour is $35. For children not of age for the trail rides there is also pony rides which are $6. K&K also has a petting zoo with goats, lambs, cows, horses, bunnies ect. And there is two large ponds for fishing.
The spacious pavilion is a great place for an outdoor event for birthday parties, to family reunions, corporate outings ect. At the pavilion there is horse shoe pits, volleyball court and a grill for BBQ`s. K&K offers specials on pony rides and horseback riding for parties at the pavilion.
K&K also provides lessons for anyone who`d like to learn how to ride or become a better rider. All of our horses are ridden Western. Along with lessons there is also Day Camps for children 8 years of age or older. We have 1/2 day and full Day Camps where you get the full experience of being a ranch hand! Children love getting the chance to be hands on and learning all about horses. It truly is a fun learning experience.
