We offer English and Western riding lessons for people of all ages (starting at 7) and riding ability - from those who have never been on a horse to experienced riders who wish to polish their skills. Hasty Acres is a complete facility with friendly, professional staff qualified to teach everyone from the beginner to the advanced rider. Our riding programs offer you a way to relax, get some exercise, and enjoy fresh air and the outdoors. More than that, we want to share with you our love affair with horses! Its important because it means that Hasty Acres offers a strong commitment in providing a quality learning experience for the student, and the experience and knowledge to make that happen.
Our commitment is to quality not quantity. The number of students in each group lesson is limited so that each student receives individual attention. Students are grouped according to ability and experience level, we also try our best to place students in the same age groups. We are dedicated to providing a complete education in horsemanship, so our students receive instruction not only in riding, but also in proper handling of horses from the ground, horse management and care, selection and care of proper tack and equipment, and much, much more! We offer continuous enrollment, so you may begin your lessons as soon as you wish and you pay-per-lesson. For students with some riding experience and a desire to ride more often, without the obligations of horse ownership, we offer leasing.
