Lone Star Stables is Sussex County's newest boarding and training facility. Conveniently located in Georgetown, DE, Lone Star Stables sits on over 15 acres in an idyllic setting. We are just a few minutes away from the trails of Reddan State Forest and the sandy shores of Cape Henlopen State Park and Delaware beaches. Our facility is designed for English and Western riders alike. We aim to meet the needs of both horse and rider in a friendly and professional environment.
At Lone Star Stables, we put much thought into the layout of the farm and the amenities offered to clients. We are proud to offer our boarders the following:
6 12x12 stalls with fans
Large pastures for daily turnout
Wash stall with hot and cold water
140 x 225 outdoor sand arena (coming soon!)
Large tack room with bathroom
Feed room
Miles of trails surround the property
Access to Redden State Forest for additional trail riding
Short drive to Delaware beaches
